Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other staff members, contributing to department planning and initiatives. Support and Development : Provide guidance and encouragement to all students, supporting their academic and personal growth. Minimum Requirements:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have a degree in English or a related field. Have experience teaching English at secondary level (Key Stages 3 and 4; Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential). Be committed to delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students of all abilities. Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
