Skill Development : Focus on building core literacy skills, guiding students to enhance their comprehension, analytical, and writing abilities. Exam Preparation : Prepare students for their GCSE English Language and Literature exams, using creative approaches that build both skill and confidence. Classroom Environment : Establish a stimulating, inclusive classroom where students feel empowered to voice their interpretations, opinions, and insights. Collaborate : Work closely with fellow teachers to continually evolve the curriculum, sharing resources, ideas, and strategies that enrich the learning experience. Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

in English, with proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels. A genuine enthusiasm for English literature and language, with a creative teaching style that engages students of varying abilities. Strong classroom management skills and a collaborative approach to lesson planning and department initiatives. Effective communicator, adept at fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and motivated.
