Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that encourage creativity, analytical thinking, and a love of literature. Tailor teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to guide their academic growth. Establish a positive and dynamic classroom environment that promotes participation and confidence in English. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriching curriculum. Contribute to extracurricular activities such as reading groups, writing workshops, or drama clubs to enhance the student experience. Support students of varying abilities to ensure they achieve their full potential in English. Requirements for the English Teacher Role:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Applications from overseas-trained teachers are welcome. A degree in English or a related subject. Experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 experience being advantageous. A strong passion for teaching and the ability to inspire a love of English in students. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, adaptable approach to teaching in an inclusive environment. What We Offer:
