Location: Ashford Salary: 24,000 - 55,000 Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: January Join our team where we are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are looking for a passionate SEN English Teacher to empower our students to achieve their full potential through tailored educational programs and a supportive community. Day-to-day of the role:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff members. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support diverse learning styles. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Must be a Driver! Experience working with students with SEN, particularly in an English teaching capacity. Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs.
