This is a full time, permanent position working 1.0 FTE, 39 weeks per year. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our wonderful team to undertake the role of English Teacher at Pilton Community College – a truly inclusive school. You will: Teach English across the age and ability range in accordance with the requirements of a professionally qualified teacher. Adapt and deliver lessons to students according to their educational needs and with reference to prior attainment and SEND as required. Set high expectations for all students. Embrace the continued professional development programme within the school, striving to be a lifelong learner, maximising opportunities to make impact within the role. Pilton Community College is a school with an ambitious common curriculum. We have a centralised behaviour system and are focused on reducing teacher workload.
