The Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices. Participate in extracurricular activities and school events. Support the school's ethos and values.
Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Enhanced DBS A degree in English or a related subject. Experience teaching English at secondary level. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to continuous professional development. A passion for teaching and inspiring young people
