Role and Responsibilities:
Create, organise, and present interesting English lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils with a range of skill levels. Inspire and motivate students by utilising a variety of instructional strategies and materials. Evaluate, document, and communicate students' growth, achievement, and progress. Establish a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere in the classroom that supports students' intellectual, social, and personal growth. Take part in professional development events, parent's evenings, and department meetings. Keep accurate and current records of each student's performance, grades, and attendance. Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in English or a similar subject that is suitable, as well as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A strong background in the subject and an enthusiasm for language and literature. Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities. Capacity to foster positive relationships with students and effectively regulate conduct in the classroom.
