Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative teaching strategies Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and behavior Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on student performance and progress Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching English in a primary or secondary school setting Excellent knowledge of the English curriculum and the ability to tailor lessons accordingly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment Good organizational and time management skills Flexibility and adaptability in response to the needs of students and the school Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one Application To be considered for this English Teacher position please forward a CV as soon as possible.
