Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and school management. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities. Identify and address the individual learning needs of students through differentiated instruction. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and keep up-to-date with curriculum changes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in English or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching English to primary/secondary students. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Passion for promoting a positive learning culture and engaging students in the subject. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
