Hold QTS with an English specialism (Early Careers Teachers / ECT are also encouraged to apply) Have experience teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (experience teaching at KS5 advantageous) Build relationships rooted in mutual respect Have high expectations of behaviour, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly TeacherActive will provide you with a dedicated consultant, to support you in this role and any further opportunities within your career.
