About the role:

Bring a strong background in classroom settings to effectively engage and inspire students.

Demonstrate effective planning skills that cater to the diverse needs of all learners.

Contribute to the development of critical thinking and communication skills in students.

Foster strong connections with students through a positive and proactive approach.

The ideal candidate must:

Have the right to work within the UK.

Bring hands-on experience from a classroom setting.

Be DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one.

Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments.

Possess a strong understanding of English Literature.

Exhibit strong classroom management abilities.

Hold QTS, PGCE, or an overseas teaching qualification equivalent to UK.
