We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Chesterfield site, delivering high-quality English lessons and fostering a love for literature and language in your students. The Role: As an English Teacher, your focus will be on delivering engaging and comprehensive English lessons, ensuring students develop their literacy skills and achieve academic success. Your key responsibilities will include: Curriculum Delivery:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum for KS3 and KS4. Student Engagement:

Inspire a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking through creative and innovative teaching methods. Assessment and Feedback:

Monitor student progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth. Classroom Management:

Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and respect. Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English department and contribute to the school community. Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field. • Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels. • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education. • Excellent communication and classroom management skills. • A commitment to fostering student achievement and well-being.
