We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team starting as soon as possible! Students will be taught in a combination of small groups and 1:1. They will come together for whole-school enrichment where a sense of family and belonging will be nurtured. All students will follow a core curriculum, supplemented by a range of subjects which will enable students to thrive. We have an experienced group of staff who want the very best for the students and put them at the centre of all that they do. Is considered for the right candidate, ideally an ASAP start, but next-term start understood. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons to a diverse group of students. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment promoting academic growth and personal development. Create and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of students at various skill levels. Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging a love for literature and language. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in English. Ability to create a stimulating and interactive classroom atmosphere. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level is advantageous. Familiarity with the UK curriculum and assessment processes. Strong behaviour management skills.
