Salary: Main Teacher Pay Scales 1-6 Location: Redhill Job Type: Part-time (3 days a week) We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-quality education in English literature and language, and who is looking to impact our students positively while maintaining a work-life balance. Day-to-day of the role:

Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in English. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, attainment, and behaviour of students. Provide appropriate feedback on work and to foster student growth. Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work, and homework. Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by law, district policies, and school regulations. Participate in department, school, and parent meetings. Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress and student needs. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience as an English Teacher. Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school’s policies and procedures. Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills. Well-organized and committed. Creative and energetic. Strong moral values and discipline. Benefits:
