Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary students. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and relevant teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their maximum potential. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational trends and best practices.
