Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Use a variety of instructional strategies to facilitate effective learning and personal development. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative teaching methods and resources. Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth. Monitor and track student achievement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. Bachelor's degree in English or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary students. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and relevant teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their maximum potential. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of educational trends and best practices.
