English Teacher Specification
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile English Teacher who has a passion for education and the ability to pass this on to their students. You must be able to teach English to Key Stages 3 and 4. The ability to offer a second subject would be an advantage. This is a full-time teaching role in a secondary school starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
Teaching English to Key Stages 3 and 4 Planning lessons and writing schemes of work Marking responsibilities Working as part of the English department, with the ability to offer a second subject being an advantage Participating in parent's evenings, staff meetings, training, and extra-curricular activities if required
Candidate Profile
The school is looking for an English Teacher who is confident in their ability to engage with and inspire pupils to achieve their best. Candidates must be fully qualified Secondary School Teachers with excellent classroom practices and a love of teaching. Applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers are welcome.
