Support the personal and academic development of students, encouraging a love of reading and writing. The Ideal Candidate: A qualified teacher with a degree in English or a related subject (PGCE or equivalent). A passion for teaching English, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents. Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3 and KS4); experience at Key Stage 5 (KS5) is desirable.
