The academy has a roll of 1,200 pupils, with 600 students in a flourishing sixth form. There Ofsted report from 2022 graded as “Good”, and continue to strive for excellence in everything they do. As an English teacher: You will play a key role in teaching Key Stage 3 students, encouraging them to engage with the subject in an interactive and exciting way. Whether you choose a part-time or full-time role, you’ll be part of a team that believes in nurturing talent and helping every student reach their full potential. You will have the opportunity to plan and deliver inspiring lessons that stimulate students' curiosity and critical thinking. Your contributions will extend beyond the classroom as you become an active member of a school community that values leadership, aspiration, and empathy. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
