Wayman Recruitment Group is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced English teacher to join an impressive school located in Camden. This opportunity is set to commence in April. As an English teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a love for literature, language, and communication in students. You will have the chance to make a difference in students' lives by providing engaging and comprehensive instruction.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assess and provide constructive feedback to students on their progress. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Utilize a range of teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning. Monitor and track students' academic progress. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' performance. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching English to primary or secondary students. Strong knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively manage a classroom and promote positive behaviour. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks. Passionate about education and dedicated to students' success.
