About the Role: Deliver high-quality English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Plan, prepare, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum. Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential in English language and literature. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the school's ethos and community. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.

What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):

Essential for this role. Proven experience or strong capability to teach English at secondary level. A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate young people. Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to promoting positive behaviour. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
