Develop a supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour, respect, and a growth mindset. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Use innovative approaches to help students with learning disabilities overcome barriers to learning and achieve their best outcomes. Have a clear Enhanced child checked DBS. Hold a teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Have an excellent track record of teaching GCSE English. Exhibit enthusiasm and drive for working in a Special School.
