We are working with an outstanding, close-knit secondary school in the Portsmouth area, known for its supportive leadership and good behavior. With over 800 students, this school is seeking an English teacher to begin in September 2024.
About the Role - English Teacher:
The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced teachers in a state-of-the-art English laboratory in Portsmouth. You will collaborate with students to deliver outstanding theory and practical lessons. This is a full-time, long-term position for a qualified teacher committed to contributing to a school with a clear vision and strong ethos.
About You:
A qualified teacher with a formal teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Confident English teacher for Key Stage 3 and 4 to a range of abilities
Passionate about English and education in general
Able to think on your feet and adapt to new environments
Eager to work as part of a supportive team within the department and the school
