Protocol Education are seeking an inspiring and confident English Teacher to join our welcoming team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching English, committed to student success, and able to deliver engaging lessons. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the needs of all students. Develop and implement a stimulating and inclusive English curriculum. Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their potential. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that promote the English department. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in English or a related field. Experience teaching English at the Secondary school level is desirable. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and current educational best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Pay rate is dependent on experience & qualifications.
