Prepare students for GCSE English exams through focused teaching, feedback, and support, aiming for strong academic outcomes. Collaborative Department Work:
Share resources, contribute to department initiatives, and promote literacy across the curriculum. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
in English or a related subject. Strong knowledge of English literature and language, and a commitment to developing literacy skills. Skilled in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates students. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and curiosity in students.
