As an English teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds, nurturing a passion for literature and language. Responsibilities

Create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality English lessons to students. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and active learning. Assess and evaluate students' progress through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and align curriculum materials. Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices. Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' academic performance and addressing any concerns. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Highly organized with strong time-management skills. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment. Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping each student reach their full potential. Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.
