Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' academic performance and addressing any concerns. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level. Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students. Highly organized with strong time-management skills. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment. Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping each student reach their full potential. Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance.
