About the Role:
Deliver high-quality English lessons to students aged 11-16 (KS3 and KS4). Plan and teach engaging Drama lessons, encouraging creativity and confidence. Use a range of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster growth. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school environment. Contribute to extracurricular activities and school-wide initiatives. Requirements:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Has experience teaching English at the secondary level. Is confident teaching Drama or has a keen interest in developing this skill. Possesses excellent communication and classroom management skills.
