is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a specialist secondary school catering for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role will be part-time, working on Thursdays and Fridays, and is expected to continue until at least February half term, with the possibility of an extension.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality English lessons to students with ASD in a supportive and inclusive environment. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students. Plan, prepare, and assess lesson content in line with the school's curriculum and policies. Provide a safe and structured learning environment where students can thrive. Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development. Work closely with the SEND team and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills, with a compassionate and flexible approach to teaching. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff. A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs.
