We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated qualified English Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Teach English across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential. Contribute to the creation of a positive learning environment, promoting the values of respect, inclusivity, and academic achievement. Collaborate with colleagues in the English department to drive improvements and share best practice. Support students' personal development, providing guidance and pastoral support where needed.

TLR Potential: This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth, with the potential to take on additional leadership responsibilities within the department. If you are ready to take on a TLR role, you will have the chance to lead on key initiatives, curriculum development, or whole-school projects, shaping the future direction of the department.

Ideal Candidate: A qualified English teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong understanding of the English curriculum at KS3 and KS4. Passionate about English and committed to fostering a love of literature and language in students. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and grow professionally.
