To teach Drama and English to upper Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 as required. To produce and direct major School productions and support the Head of English with the direction of the Upper School production. To undertake target setting and occasionally administer standardised tests to produce careful records of achievement and gain insight into pupils' progression. To create a stimulating and exciting atmosphere in the classroom through attractive displays, use of books, artefacts, etc. To communicate with parents both informally and formally through parents' evenings and written reports. To safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils. Requirements:
Recognised teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent). Work in accordance with the legal requirements and policies of the school. An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be happy to apply. Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Be able to provide two references within the last 2 years. Benefits:
