Teaching small classes of students with SEMH needs. Planning and delivering English lessons that are tailored to the needs and abilities of your students. Freedom to deliver creative and interactive lessons that inspire a love for English language and literature. Working as part of a team who are committed to providing an outstanding education for every child. Managing classroom behaviours, utilising a range of classroom management and de-escalation techniques where required. Taking part in whole school activities and reward days.
