About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. You will be joining a well-established English department with excellent resources and support from experienced colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to inspire students, develop their literacy skills, and foster a love of English literature and language. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the curriculum. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to achieve their best. Collaborate with the English department and contribute to departmental planning and initiatives. Candidate Requirements:

QTS and a degree in English or a related field. Experience teaching English at the secondary level, with confidence in both KS3 and KS4. A commitment to engaging students and a passion for the subject. Ability to create tailored lessons to support varying learning needs and abilities. Capable of working effectively with students, staff, and parents.
