Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans for English language instruction

Facilitate classroom discussions and activities that encourage critical thinking and collaboration

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects students' diverse backgrounds and learning styles

Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive curriculum

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and behavior

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to address any concerns or provide updates on student performance

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level

Strong knowledge of the English language and literature

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

Familiarity with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks

Passion for education and a commitment to providing high-quality instruction
