About you Our ideal candidate will: Be an excellent classroom practitioner who can provide high quality teaching to GCSE level. Be effective in using data/strategies to raise levels of achievement and challenge underperformance. Have an effective approach to behaviour management. Contribute to the activities of designated curriculum areas. Undertake the role of form tutor, as required.
