Is this the opportunity you have been waiting for? This dynamic, forward-thinking, and friendly PCN is looking for an Enhanced Nurse Practitioner to work within a surgery setting alongside GPs, the Nurse Manager, Partners, PCN staff, and other members of the wider health team.
You will be contributing to the achievement of QOF, the achievement of Enhanced Services, delivering objectives set by the PCN, Practice, and governing bodies, and audits and protocols.
This post will be funded through the NHS Network Contract DES for Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).

The Chippenham, Corsham, and Box Primary Care Network (CCB PCN) provides proactive and coordinated care across the local population of 62,000 people. We have a strong focus on health promotion and personalised care, supporting people to make informed decisions about their health and social care. Situated a few miles south of the M4, near junction 17 Chippenham, the main work location is at the PCN Hub on New Road, but can be across the entire PCN area.
