Requirements: You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in Litigation, Employment, and Commercial/Business Services. Sound Legal Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of (1) Litigation matters: Property disputes, Landlord & Tenant disputes, Contract disputes, Consumer disputes, and Debt Recovery; (2) Employment issues: Unfair Dismissal, Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal claims, and Redundancy; (3) Commercial/Business Services: Company formation, Sales, Acquisitions and Mergers, Business Organisation and Structure, Joint Ventures and Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Contracts, Employee Share Incentive Schemes, Investment, Intellectual Property, E-Commerce, GDPR, Data Protection, and Privacy.
