What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. Our team consists of experienced Account Executives who have a passion for building relationships with customers who love our product. Our Account Executives work closely with customers to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions. Whether it's creating pitch decks, designing marketing materials, or ensuring everyone is on-brand, our team has the expertise to help our customers succeed. At the moment, this role is focused on: Account Planning: Lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers who are likely to benefit from Canva's products. Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency. Customer Centric: Leverage storytelling and vision transfer to guide customers on a personalized journey. Be a product expert: Exhibit a deep love for Canva’s product and gather customer feedback to inform the Product roadmap. Foster long-term relationships: Create lasting partnerships with customers and internal cross-functional teams. Bring chaos to clarity: Simplify complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories using Canva’s worksuite. You're probably a match if You've got experience working with a range of customers, ideally within a technology company. Native French Speaker - this role will cover the FR region. You have proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting. You’re skilled at addressing complex business challenges. You've got a talent for creating detailed plans within intricate organizations. You've got the skills to captivate an audience during meetings. You've got a track record of leading successful negotiations. You're comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
