The Enterprise AI and Enablement team is dedicated to making a significant impact within the organization by leveraging AI. Our main mission is to accelerate top priority use cases to drive tangible value across the organization, including de-risking the use of AI for Swift. We focus on three pillars: Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, and Employee Productivity. We aim to drive change and manage change activities to ensure we get value out of our investments. Responsibilities: Support the delivery of AI-enabled tools, ensuring they align with Swift's goals and business objectives. Collaborate with business and technical teams to explore AI use cases based on their potential impact and fit within the organization. Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to create solutions that address complex business challenges and contribute to positive outcomes. Promote the use of AI tools and best practices across different business units, helping teams discover how AI can improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Act as an advocate for AI within the organization, sharing insights about the benefits and possibilities of AI technologies with internal and external stakeholders. Eagerness to identify and implement AI solutions that support strategic business goals and foster innovation.
