Responsibilities: Design and implement a unified digital platform integrating various customer engagement interfaces. Understand business requirements and come up with architectural/design recommendations. Communicate effectively and collaborate with distributed teams on design/requirements. Strategize the convergence of logged-in and public user experiences, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced user engagement. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for new tools and technologies. Contribute to RFP and RFI for technical asks and solutions requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of various systems like Zinfi, Oracle CPQ, and Builder.io. Oversee the optimization of cost-benefit ratios in technological implementations and strategies on AWS. Stay abreast of the latest trends in cloud technologies, serverless architectures, and digital transformation practices. Understand CI/CD processes and have hands-on experience with GIT and Jenkins. Expertise in UML modeling using tools like Sparx EA, capable of drawing various diagrams like Component, Sequence, and Activity diagrams. Experience with containers and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Desired: SAFe, Agile/Scrum methodology. Behavioral and Teaming Responsibilities: Align and interface with CXOs across business & IT to ensure digital solutions are relevant to clients’ enterprise architecture. Provide digital architect expertise to solution, delivery, and portfolio enablement teams during the development of POCs and prototypes. Guide evaluating various technology options and selecting products aligned to business and technical architectures. Core Area of Expertise: Expertise across cloud-native architecture, Omni-channel system of engagement, big data architecture, advanced analytics & visualization, legacy modernization. Knowledge of the drivers and decision points for organizations to decide on the most appropriate digital technology solution. Consultative approach to building client relationships and trust. Good understanding of enterprise-level “commercial off the shelf” products used in the Government Sector. Functional Relevance of Work Experience: 15+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect. 5+ years of industry exposure to the Government Sector. Certification across Spark and TOGAF. Other Desired Skills: Skilled in generating business cases and canned presentation material that can be reused across multiple customers. Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
