What the job involves: In the first year, you will work with business analysts and service owners to gather information and model the business & IT architectures. You will refine and populate the corresponding Archimate model of the architecture. You will also work with service owners to co-ordinate the development of benchmarks, stress tests and post-implementation measurements. Working with project managers and programme managers, you will co-ordinate this analysis across projects and present an overall picture of the work required to transition to the target state. You will help to establish, disseminate and oversee the use of architecture-related templates, standards and governance processes for co-ordinating this work. In the second year, your focus will gradually progress to providing architecture co-ordination across multiple implementation projects. A bit about you: Proven success in using enterprise architecture techniques to analyse and model the current and target states for a major initiative. Experience of co-ordinating architecture alignment across multiple projects. Knowledge and experience of architecture modelling using the Archimate language. Highly developed skills of stakeholder engagement, communication, consultation, collaboration, negotiation and influence.
