Enterprise Architect:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a leading consultancy in the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Utility and Nuclear sectors, we are looking for an individual with a wealth of experience in these arenas. Responsibilities for the Enterprise Architect: Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies and solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design architectural standards and frameworks (TOGAF, ZACHMAN, etc). Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies to align business processes, technology, and organisational goals. Lead the design and execution of business architecture frameworks and solutions to address client challenges. Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and priorities. Utilize Target Operating Model (TOM) expertise to drive efficiency and scalability in client operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of architecture strategies into transformation programs. Provide thought leadership and best practices in technical, business and enterprise level architecture. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire development life cycle. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of existing systems and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology. Requirements for the Enterprise Architect: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in sectors such as Automotive, Nuclear, Utility, Aerospace or Defence industry Strong knowledge of defence and aerospace systems, technologies, and standards Demonstrated ability to design and implement Target Operating Models. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise processes driving enabling effective governance and control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels. Experience in various architectural domains: business, application, data, and technology. Proficiency in architectural modelling tools (eg, ArchiMate, Sparx, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities If you are a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Architect with a passion for the Aerospace and Defence industry, we would love to hear from you. This role is a remote position with a requirement to be on the client site 2 days per week. You also must be a British National for SC Clearance purposes.
