About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. The Enterprise CSM has two primary responsibilities: 1) partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals; and 2) owning the customer experience to drive retention/growth. In order to achieve these outcomes, you'll be expected to monitor usage to ensure product adoption, create joint account plans that maximize customer value, run trainings/intros to account stakeholders to expand usage, and collect product feedback to inform future product development.
Key Job Focus
Own a book of assigned customers, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and challenges.
Collaborate with customers to define success metrics and a long-term roadmap.
Drive product adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Proactively identify and address customer challenges.
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (e.g., product management, engineering, analysts).
Track and report on customer success metrics (e.g., retention, net promoter score, product/service usage).
Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and industry trends.
Provide executive level customer advising and service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A Plus
Project management experience.
Knowledge of climate tech and sustainability.
Interest in financial markets, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital.
