DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: Being a member of the Enterprise Resiliency Team, the Associate will be responsible for supporting activities and exercises that contribute to strengthening the organization's ability to withstand and rapidly recover from incidents and disruptions. The Enterprise Resiliency team centralizes and unifies DTCC's incident management processes and drives other resiliency activities across the organization. In addition, the Enterprise Resiliency Office Associate will engage in planning and documenting comprehensive risk management strategies to fortify the firm's operational resilience, safeguarding critical processes, technology, assets, products, and services, to enhance customer trust and confidence. Your Primary Responsibilities:

Support operational resilience efforts across the enterprise Coordinate planning, scheduling, conducting, and evaluating enterprise resiliency activities and exercises Collaborate with partners on identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and assist in communication and training strategies Conduct preliminary data analysis and discovery related to operational resiliency plans, initiatives, and recommendations Assist in performing assessments and driving progress for emerging and new technology architecture, including production readiness Participate in management of key incident data to support executive level reporting and to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions Mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Excellent communicator who is comfortable navigating legal, technical, and business concepts Ability to work under pressure, particularly, during and following a crisis Proven ability to document process and monitor operational resilience within a complex organization in the financial services industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate well across teams Knowledge of derivatives and securities market practices, treasury markets, clearing mandates for financial services participants We offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!
