We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Director with extensive expertise in Salesforce services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and enterprise sales, with a particular focus on building and managing pipelines for Salesforce implementation services. They should demonstrate a proven ability to drive revenue growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. Drive business development initiatives to grow our Salesforce services portfolio within the

UK and European market . Foster relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with virtual teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans that meet organizational goals. Mentor and lead junior business development team members, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Stay up to date with Salesforce product capabilities and market trends to effectively position our services. Navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

10+ years of professional services experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on selling Salesforce services. Previous experience in a Salesforce System Integrator organization or as a Salesforce Account Executive from Salesforce is highly desirable. Proven track record of selling complex solutions to global enterprise organizations, strong understanding of enterprise-level decision-making processes, and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple regions. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and influence teams. Exceptional selling and communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Comfortable working in a virtual team setting and managing remote relationships.
