As an Entertainment Team Manager, you will… 
Bepassionate about entertainment, leading teams and delivering a contemporaryline-up of activities and live events, have experience with multi-venueoperations, live shows & tours and leading a professional team ofentertainers who will deliver an exceptional service to each and every guest toensure they have memories that last a lifetime…...this could be youropportunity of a lifetime.
Our Entertainment Team Managers are responsible for the organisation, logisticsand daily delivery of our Haven Entertainment proposition.
Workingalongside the park Head of Activities, Entertainment Teams Managers arerequired to engage and inspire their cast members to ensure standard operatingprocedures are adhered to, targets are achieved and that they are drivingcontinuous improvement.

Pay Rates:

Experience and Qualifications 
Whilst wewill provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at whatyou do, the ideal candidate will…
- Have previouslyworked within a leadership capacity, within the entertainment industry.
- Have proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and activities.
- Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes.
- Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in order to adaptto any changes.
- Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
- Be a high-energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Working hours are ona rota over a 7 day period and could include evenings and weekends (dependingon role). We aim to offer flexibility where we can, however, this is a fulltime role.
