Position Summary
We are looking for an
Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)
to join
Flex Ventures
and lead the charge in launching groundbreaking initiatives that redefine how people live, work, and connect. This role is perfect for ex-entrepreneurs, business founders, or startup leaders who thrive in high-growth environments and are ready to bring their entrepreneurial mindset to a dynamic, fast-paced company. As an
EIR , you’ll have the autonomy to explore opportunities, develop business strategies, and turn innovative ideas into scalable ventures—all with the support and resources of Flex Living behind you. Key Responsibilities Identify and Validate Opportunities:
Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities aligned with Flex Living’s mission. Build and test business models to validate ideas before scaling.
Launch New Ventures:
Lead the end-to-end development of new lines of business, from ideation to execution. Build and manage cross-functional teams to bring ventures to life. Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
Drive Growth & Impact:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each venture. Continuously iterate on strategies to optimize results and scale successful initiatives. Create long-term value by identifying synergies with Flex Living’s core offerings.
Collaborate & Innovate:
Work closely with the executive team to align ventures with company goals. Serve as a thought leader, bringing entrepreneurial energy and innovative ideas to the organization.
Required Skills: Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’ve founded or led a startup or similar initiative and thrive in environments where creativity and resourcefulness are key. Strategic Thinker: You have a proven ability to identify market opportunities, build business models, and execute successful strategies. Data-driven: You’re comfortable using data and analytics to validate ideas and measure success. Collaborative Leader: You inspire and motivate teams, building strong relationships across functions. Resilient Problem-Solver: You embrace challenges and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Experience: Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior leader in a startup, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience. Strong understanding of business development, operations, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
