We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Operations Manager. This role is between executive assistant duties and operational management responsibilities, offering ample scope for progression. The position will report directly to the CEO/Founder and the Chief Development Officer. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company, with the chance to take on increasing responsibility as the company continues to evolve. The role is perfect for someone with a passion for real estate, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to contribute to an innovative company culture. Ideally within a few years this role will grow into a Chief of Staff or Operations Manager role. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant Duties (60%) Extensive diary management and scheduling of meetings for the CEO, Founder, and COO Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth communication and preparation Managing correspondence and communications (email, phone, and written) Travel arrangements and logistics for senior management General administrative support, including document preparation and filing Coordination of events as required, particularly around property units and hospitality events Operations Management Duties (40%) Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in managing internal IT issues and liaise with external service providers Contribute to operational strategies and efficiencies within the company Play a key role in helping to scale operations as the team grows from 10 to 20 people over the next year Work closely with senior leadership on projects to improve company processes and growth strategies Qualifications & Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail Proven experience in a similar executive assistant or operations management role Highly organized, with excellent time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and growing company Enthusiastic, positive energy, and a proactive approach to work Comfortable with hot-desking in a serviced office environment Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Interest in real estate Experience in HR or IT management is desirable, but not essential Personal Characteristics: Proactive, positive, and team-oriented with a can-do attitude Flexible and adaptable to a fast-growing and evolving company Eager to take on new challenges and learn from senior leadership Benefits: Competitive salary (£40,000 - £60,000) Pension scheme Bonus scheme Private health care Strong opportunity for accelerated career progression and development Be part of a passionate, mission-driven company with a supportive team culture The Company is committed to growth, creativity, and providing high-quality, accessible living spaces.
