as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA). Who Will You Support? The amazing students in this school have diverse needs, including: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH) Complex Learning Disabilities Or hold a statement of educational need. Your role is to inspire, motivate, and support each pupil to thrive – no matter their challenges. Why This Role Is for You: No prior experience necessary – just a desire to help!
