A well known company in north Oxford are looking for an Entry Level Recruitment Administrator. Your new company This business is a very well known firm providing many consultancy services to their clients across the UK. Due to expansion, they are expanding their HR function and now need to add an Entry Level Recruitment Administrator into the team.

Your new role Your new role will be very varied supporting all the administrative tasks within recruitment. You will be dealing with applications, scheduling interviews, pulling reports, managing the recruitment inbox, working with the applicant tracking system and general admin to name a few.

What you'll need to succeed You do not need experience for this role however you will have a strong education history. You will have 3 A-Levels (or the equivalent level, e.g. BTEC), grades A - C, or possess a 2:1 degree from University. Most importantly you will be a very personable individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to people. Your written and verbal communication will be excellent and you will be motivated to get through tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary of £24,000 alongside a generous benefits package. There is parking nearby and post probation, you will be able to work on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and two at home. It is beneficial to be able to drive for the role but not required.
