We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Remote Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide corporate clients with comprehensive travel planning and coordination services, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel solutions while working remotely. If you have a strong background in corporate travel management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Obtain supplier certifications to stay updated with the latest changes in the industry. Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations globally. Provide outstanding customer service with meticulous attention to detail. Utilize time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients. Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience. Receive mentorship and guidance to succeed in your role and create outstanding events for clients. Consult with clients remotely to understand their sports event travel needs, including event preferences, travel styles, budgets, and special requests. Highlight the niche aspect of being a sports event coordinator, encouraging candidates to specialize in this unique area of the travel industry. Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients. Review individual needs and wants for travel to design trips tailored to meet their requirements. Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification for booking travel. Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips according to their budget constraints. Create promotional materials for utilization. Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients. Stay informed about luxury travel trends, emerging villa destinations, and unique villa experiences to provide relevant and captivating recommendations. Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry. Monitor travel restrictions and book various travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc.). Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel. Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and handle any issues that may arise during bookings and/or travel for clients. Utilize social media to maintain and market to the client base. Qualifications: Fluency in English required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Computer navigation ability.
