Asbestos Operative

to join the team.

Job Overview: To support the business in achieving its aims and objectives through the delivery of asbestos management and removal projects

Responsibilities: Undertake asbestos removal works in compliance with relevant Legislation/Regulations, MGE Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and to the required health and safety standards Ensure that all plant and materials are maintained and utilised to ensure safe working practices Ensure full understanding of Method Statement and Risk Assessment prior to works commencing and ensure all controls are in place Undertake all site works in liaison with site Supervisor, other site staff and Client to ensure all works proceed to programme and budget and to Clients satisfaction Complete all required site checks, record on appropriate forms in conjunction with site Supervisor Undertake all daily checks on site as required Undertake TNA analysis on Supervisor on a project by project basis Participate in wider objectives of the company Qualifications/Experience:

Demonstrable successful experience of working in a similar role (Qualified Licenced Asbestos Operative) Committed to providing first rate customer service Knowledge of relevant legislation including Health and Safety The written communication skills to complete all site paperwork to a high standard Honest & reliable Ability to undertake work as instructed by site Supervisor amidst challenging demands on time Working additional hours as required, by the needs of the business.
